Cleanliness, upkeep if the property, the pool and the jacuzzi, my wife even fell asleep in it. We did not expect it but definately will come back soon for more.

Clean, spacious, comfortable room. The pool was great - no one else was there so we had it to ourselves. The front desk staff person was very nice and helpful. Just 8 minutes from historic downtown Kingston, which has a lot of great places to eat. A great place for our one-night stay to see a performance at Bard Music Festival.

I did not order breakfast. The room was extremely clean and pleasant smelling. I was pleased with the view from my 3rd floor room. I like being able to control the temperature. Great coffee.

Cleanliness of the bed and bathroom were the most important factors. Also the hotel did not smell like an animal shelter. I am tired of place where the halls and rooms smell like a kennel. This place was well maintained.
